Tag Inspector is a tool that allows marketers, web analysts and web developers alike to discover all tags firing on your website in real-time. The tool will not only scan every page on your site to see what tags are firing but will also generate an exportable report of all pages where tags fired and all pages where tags are missing. Today, we are excited to announce a whole new interface with new features and now a premium product with even more data and functionality!

Improved Appearance and Intuitive Interface
The homepage remains unchanged but upon logging in you will find an entirely revamped Tag Inspecter user experience. Not only is the interface completely responsive, there are new options in the left navigation side bar and the “Start New Scan” button is at the top right of every page.
Account Authentication and Management
Tag Inspector now has account authentication with ability to check account limits, change password and even modify user agent used in scans all in the “Manage My Account” tab.
Search Scan Results
This was a highly requested feature for Tag Inspector. Now, there is built-in functionality to search one or more scans, for one or more tags, and specific tag attributes all from the online interface. After performing a search or when clicking into scan results, you can also Export the data into an excel file for your own data-crunching and filtering.
Scheduling Scans and Tag Inspector Premium
Another highly requested feature was the ability to schedule scans to run daily, weekly, or monthly. This is currently only available for Tag Inspector Premium clients but can be extremely valuable for ongoing reporting. Scans can be edited or removed after they are created as well. Once a report is complete, an email will be sent to the account on file with a snapshot of the full report. Resources Tab
The final new addition to Tag Inspector is the resources tab. Not only does this include best practices for using Tag Inspector but also provides insights to how to block Tag Inspector crawler traffic and past blog posts about Tag Management.
