Powerhouse Food and Beverage Company Utilizes Tag Inspector to Create UK and Ireland Cookie Policy

Tag Inspector’s client is a multinational food and beverage company based in Switzerland and is the largest publicly traded company of its kind. 

The client’s Tag Inspector team was tasked with:

• Updating its UK and Ireland cookie policy—which is quite the undertaking for a company of their size—considering the number of properties they manage
• Provide a way to view which tags were setting which cookies across all of the sites within the region
• Identifying which sites each cookie was present on, and whether they were being set as first or third-party cookies

Thanks to InfoTrust’s newest Tag Inspector module, Governance, all of the data the client needed was easily compiled and accessible through the new “Cookie Export” feature. The one-click solution generates a report detailing many of the necessary fields for identifying and categorizing the information needed in creating a cookie policy with data from all of a client’s properties. What would have been many hours of manual data gathering and stitching was reduced to a simple one-click solution, saving the client’s team many hours of overhead and allowing them to expedite their cookie policy creation.
